Police have claimed to have arrested a suspect who killed a robber in Karachi’s SITE Super Highway area.

They took the action after video of the incident went viral on social media. Suspect was named Javed. Police have claimed to have seized the weapon used in the murder.

On Wednesday, a citizen got injured when robbers opened fire during a robbery in the area. Amidst this, one of the robbers was caught by the people. They tortured him, the video shows.

Sources said that the suspect who gunned down the robber was the brother of the man injured due to firing. Video showed that the suspect shot the wounded robber from a point blank no range. Aaj News could not independently verify the video.
