A man has been arrested after he tortured and strangled his three-year-old daughter to death in Faisalabad.

The man identified as Yaqoob, allegedly killed his young daughter, Kainat, for being too mischeivious at home.

The incident took place near the area of Governmentt Girls High School, Chak 258 Rb Lama Pind, located in Faisalabad. 

The father allegedly beat the daughter up then proceeded to strangle her to death.

The police stated that the suspect was quietly burying his daughter’s dead body after killing her when one of his neighbors called the police.

Police officials quickly reached the area and arrested the accused.

The body of the girl was moved to a Rural Health Center for a post-mortem examination.
