Three killed as bus driver, conductor fight results in crash in KP’s Nowshera
At least three were killed and several injured including women when a speeding passenger bus overturned on the Motorway (M1) near the Rashakai interchange in Nowshera of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Saturday.
Eyewitnesses said that the passenger bus, traveling from Lahore to Peshawar, met with the accident as the driver lost control of the vehicle during a brawl with the conductor mid-journey.
Rescue teams arrived at the scene and moved the three bodies and the 32 injured including 14 women and 10 children to the Mardan Medical Complex and Qazi Medical Hospital, Nowshera.
The driver, conductor, and a woman passenger were among the victims of the crash, APP reported.
