Pakistani cricketer Shoaib Malik became the centre of discussion after announcing his marriage to actress Sana Javed a couple of day earlier.

Fans of Sania Mirza, Malik’s now-former wife, have been criticising the former captain of Pakistan cricket team for leaving the Indian tennis star.

While Malik’s second marriage remains a hot topic on social media, his name was also discussed in actress Iffat Omar’s podcast starring actress Ayesha Omar and Mehar Bano.

In a short video clip shared by the host of the podcast on her Instagram account, Omar recalled that she used to have panic attacks after seeing what was happening on social media.

“The worst has happened. They [netizens] even have got me married to Shoaib [Malik],” Omar said.

“I still meet people who I know, family members and distant relatives who still think it’s true, she said, adding “People who know me are well aware of my choices, principles and values.”
