A delivery boy was allegedly gunned down by a customer in Punjab’s Faisalabad district after he demanded payment for the pizza he delivered, police said.

A first information report of the suspected killing was filed at the Saddar police station on the complaint of the victim’s brother.

The report invoked Section 302 (Punishment of qatl-i-amd) and Section 34 (Acts done by several persons In furtherance of common intention) of the Pakistan Penal Code.

The FIR said that the victim, identified as Kashif delivered a pizza at the house located in Faisal Town.

According to the report, three unidentified suspects received the order and shot dead Kashif upon asking for money for the order he delivered.

“When my brother asked for money, they got in a verbal exchange with him, on which I, and my cousin attempted to stop them. It was then when one of the suspects pointed a pistol at my brother and shot him on the chest,” the complainant said.

The suspected killers then fled the scene after fatally shooting the delivery boy, he added.
