The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has appointed Fatima Sana as captain for Pakistan’s second Women’s ODI match against New Zealand.

Sana Fatima became the 10th captain to lead in an ODI match to be played in Christchurch on Friday.

Fatima Sana was appointed after Captain Nida Dar was injured by a ball in the first match in Queenstown on Tuesday.

Nida Dar’s availability for the third ODI will be decided later.

New Zealand Women will face Pakistan Women in 2nd One day international cricket match in Christchurch on Friday.

New Zealand Women lead the series by 1-0.
