Ex-Balochistan CM Quddus Bizenjo decides to join PPP
Former chief minister of Balochistan Abdul Quddus Bizenjo said on Wednesday that he has decided to join Pakistan Peoples’ Party.
Bizenjo said that he will not be able to participate in the PPP’s foundation day celebrations due to personal engagements.
However, he along with other politicians will soon meet PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and former president Asif Ali Zardari.
Earlier this month, Bizenjo was removed from the post of president of the Balochistan Awami Party, and Nawabzada Khalid Magsi was elected as the new president.
The PPP is set to hold its foundation day celebrations tomorrow (November 30) in Quetta city of Balochistan.
“Bilawal Bhutto Zardari will be PPP’s candidate for the post of next prime minister. We will form the next government with the help of our allies,” PPP Information Secretary Faisal Karim Kund told a press conference in Islamabad on a day earlier.
