CJP hints at fixng election and military courts case ‘soon’
Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Qazi Faez Isa hinted that the military court case and general election case could be fixed by the Supreme Court soon.

Cases filed under Article 184(3) have been on hold since the Supreme Court took up the Supreme Court Practice and Procedure bill.
However, the cases can be fixed again now that a full-court bench declared the bill to be in accordance with the constitution.
The military court case was adjourned by a larger bench under the previous chief justice after an assurance by the attorney general that no military trials would begin without informing the Supreme Court.
