Alleged negligence by staff in Pakpattan’s District Headquarter Hospital led to the deaths of two newborn children.

Ayaub, a resident of Pakpattan’s Malka Hans area, brought his pregnant wife at 6 am on Tuesday.

Ayub alleged that his wife’s condition suddenly deteriorated but instead of giving her medical attention the staff pushed them out of the room.

The ordeal ended with both of the woman’s children dying.

The family protested infront of the gynae ward with the bodies of the two children. The family said that the hospital had not even provided any medicine and they had to be bought from their own money.
