An exchange of fire between terrorists and security forces in Balochistan’s Sui district led to the martyrdom of three soldiers on Wednesday.

A late night statement by the Inter-Services Public Relations sad that the exchange took place during an ongoing operation and that the terrorists were ‘heavily armed’.

“During the fire exchange, 3 brave soldiers, having fought gallantly, embraced shahadat,” the statment said.

The statement also added that two terrorists were killed in the operation.

“Security forces are maintaining pressure and clearance operation is underway to apprehend remaining terrorists as well,” ISPR said.

“Security Forces remain unwavered to expose/ neutralize the enemies of peace in Balochistan and Pakistan.”

The Sui exchange comes a few hours after five terrorists were killed after an attack on Zhob garrison was repelled.
