An organziation representing private schools across the country has announced the schedule for summer vacations.

The announcement comes a day after the Sindh government announced the schedule for school summer vacations in the province. The Sindh government said public sector schools will close on June 1 and reopen on August 1.

The All Pakistan Private Schools Federation, headed by Kashif Mirza, announced on Tuesday that private schools will remain closed between June 15 and August 14 across three of the four provinces of the country.

However, in the Sindh province, private schools will observe summer vacations from June 1 to July 31, said Kashif Mirza.

Classes will resume at the end of summer vacations.

Every year, private schools wait the for government announce before their issuing their schedule for summer vacations.

For Pakistani children summer break usually means travel of other cities to visit relatives or in some cases enjoyed pleasant weather of Northern Areas of the country.

Hence, summer vacations schedule is eagerly awaited by both students and their parents.
