An anti-terrorism court in Gujranwala issued arrest warrants for Rana Sanaullah on Friday and ordered that he should be presented in court on March 7.
The case in which the warrants have been issued was filed in August last year.
The interior minister has been accused of making threats against Punjab’s chief secretary and his family.
Gujrat police had asked the court to discharge the case but the court opted to proceed ahead and issued the warrants.
