Sindh Governor Kamran Tessori inaugurated a statue of Quaid-i-Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah in front of the Civic Centre in Karachi, Sindh on Saturday.

“We are determined to make Karachi greener. The green campaign will continue in other parts of the city as well,” he said after the inauguration.

He was accompanied by Muttahida Qaumi Movement Convener Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui, Karachi Administrator Dr Saifur Rehman, administrator east and others.

In view of the environmental change, the Sindh governor added that a “Green Karachi campaign” was being conducted.
