ECP to use ballot papers with ‘special features’ in general election
ISLAMABAD: The Election Commission of Pakistan will use ballot papers based on special features in the next general elections.
Sources told Aaj News that watermarked ballot papers will be used in the general elections and the paper with the special feature has been procured.
They said that 240 million ballot papers are likely to be printed for the general elections. The number of registered voters in the country is more than 122.1 million.
In the last general election, 220 million ballot papers were printed. The number of voters in the 2018 election was 118.2 million.
