PTI long march to set off from Gujrat today

PTI’s ‘Haqeeqi Azadi March’ will set off from Gujrat continue on to Islamabad today. It will be the twelfth day of the march.

Shah Mahmood Qureshi will lead the march today as Imran Khan continues to recover from his injuries. The march will move ahead from Gujrat at 1 pm. The march will make its first stop in Sara-i-Alamgir where Qureshi will address at 2:30 pm.

The march will make its second stop at Adda Mirpur, where Imran Khan will address workers via videolink at 4:30 pm.

Meanwhile, PTI workers being led by Murad Saeed and KP CM Mahmood Khan will also set off from Upper Dir today. This portion of the march plans to make its way through Chakddarra and Buner and plans to reach Rawalpindi on 19 March.

The march set of from Lahore on 27 November but had to be halted for a week after the assassination attempt on Imran Khan on Novmeber 3. PTI has announced that Imran Khan will join the march in person when it reaches Rawalpindi.
