Court gave orders to arrest Shehbaz Sharif: Shahzad Akbar
ISLAMABAD: Adviser to the Prime Minister on Accountability and Interior Mirza Shahzad Akbar on Monday said that court has given orders to arrest Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) President and Opposition Leader in National Assembly (NA) Shehbaz Sharif.
In a statement, the adviser said that the speech of PML-N spokesperson Marriyum Aurangzeb is attack on the judiciary. The opposition is misusing the matter of Gilgit-Baltistan, he said.
The reaction came after National Accountability Bureau (NAB) team arrested Shehbaz Sharif in money laundering case, when Lahore High Court (LHC) rejected his bail plea. The anti-graft watchdog will present Opposition Leader before the court on September 29. NNI
