Chief Minister of Punjab Sardar Usman Buzdar has announced to give additional one month pay to doctors and paramedical staff who put their lives in danger while treating the coronavirus patients.

According to details, CM Punjab paid tribute to health care workers, saying that government will always remember their services.

He added that Rs.4000/- per month will be paid to the labour class who are suffering because of the lockdown.

“We are monitoring the partial lockdown in Punjab on daily basis. Around 82 patients of coronavirus were reported in last 24 hours. We are giving compensation to prisoners involved in minor crimes,” he said.

Earlier today, Punjab government has announced to upgrade more laboratories for coronavirus testing after two of them were made operations in Lahore today.
