Goods transport resumed across the country after Prime Minister Imran Khan announced lifting the ban for assuring supply of necessary goods and food items.

Transport stands are expected to open late on Saturday night.

The federal government had decided to lift the ban to ensure the supply of necessary items and food supplies in the country. Permission will be given to transport goods while no freight carrying vehicle will be stopped.
