Choclate souffle recipe

1.sugar plus additional for sprinkling 1/3 cup
- bittersweet chocolate (not unsweetened), chopped 5
- large egg yolks at room temperature 3
- large egg whites 6
5.Accompaniment: lightly sweetened whipped cream
6.Souffle dish of ceramic
Method:
- Preheat oven at 375 degree farenhite.brush oil over souffle dish and sprinkle sugar over it
- Take choclate in a pan(place pan over hot water) and melt it
- Add yolks in melted chocolate the mixture will become stiff
- Beat egg white gently by adding pinch of salt in it then add 1/3 cup of sugar in it
- Then mix 1 cup of white in choclate mixture to lighten it
- Then add both the mixture of chocolate and egg white and fold it gently
- Pour the mixture in souffle dish
- Put the dish in oven and baked it until puffed and crusted on top and jiggly in centre, 24 to 27 minutes
- Souffle is ready to serve
