Recipe: Singaporean Rice

Ingredients:
150 gm chicken
2 cups rice
Half packet  fried noodles
1 capsicum
1 Â choped carrot
1 green shallot,cut off leaves
1 chopped onion
1/4 Â chopped cabbage
1tbsp ginger garlic paste
4 cloves garlic
4 cloves ginger
4-6 green chilles
1 tbsp ground red chilles
1 tbsp cumin seeds
Pinch of turmeric
Salt according to taste
Oil as required
Cooking method:
- Boil noodles in hot water
- Take oil in a pain and fry boiled noodles
- Take water in a pan and add cumin seeds,salt and 2tbsp oil in it
- Boil rice in water
- Take Long slices of green and red chillies and fry them lightly in hot oil.
- Take ginger galric paste and fry it
- Add chicken to this and cook till it becomes light brown then add all vegetables and stir
- Now add white pepper, balck pepper, oyster sause, worcestershire sause, salt, tomato ketchup and garlic sauce ti it
- To make sauce concentatred add water and corn flour in it
- Take mayonnaise(cream) , water and ground red chilles in a bowl and mix them well
- Make a layer of rice in a tray
- Pour vegetables and chiken sauce over it
- Again Pour rice over it
- Then spread paste of cream over rice
- Pour noodles on the top
- Tasty singaporian rice is ready to serve now
