Creamy Cheesy Koftas
Ingredients:
- Cheese -250gm
- Green peas (boiled) -1cup
- Plain flour -2tbsp
- Baking powder -1/2 tbsp
- Green chilies (chopped) -3
- Oil for frying
- Coriander (chopped) as per taste
- Tomatoes -4
- Fresh cream -100gm
- Oil -4tbsp
- Chili powder -1tbsp
- Fresh coconut -2tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste -1tbsp
- Coriander seed -2tbsp
- Cumin seed -1tbsp
- Chopped coriander -2tbsp
Direction to cook:
Koftas:
- Knead the cheese well.
- Combine cheese with plain flour, baking powder, chilies and salt.
- Shape into small balls and deep fry.
Gravy:
- Cut tomatoes and cook in 4 cups of water until soft.
- Prepare a soup by passing through a sieve.
- Heat oil and fry the ginger garlic paste.
- Add peas and chilies.
- Add tomato soup, cream and salt.
- Cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Add koftas just before serving.
- Sprinkle chopped garlic, chili and coriander.
