Egg Pudding
Ingredients:
- 1 liter –Milk
- 6tbsp –Sugar
- 8 –Egg
- 2tbsp –Sugar for caramel
- 1tbsp –Vanilla Essence
- 2tbsp –Bread crumbs
Direction to make:
- Beat milk with egg, sugar and vanilla essence until sugar dissolve.
- Heat sugar for caramel in flameproof baking mold until golden
- Pour mudding mixture on the caramel.
- Put the dish in a pre heated oven at 350F for 45 minutes.
- Refrigerate it before serve.
