Chicken DrumStick
Ingredients:
- ½ kg -Drumsticks
- 200ml -Chicken stock
- 1 tbsp -Chinese salt
- 3 tbsp -Red chili powder
- Salt -to taste
- 1 tsp -Black pepper powder
- 2 cups -Flour
- 4 tbsp -Milk
- 1 -Egg
- 1½ tsp -Baking powder
Method:
- Combine chicken stock with Chinese salt, 2tbsp of red chili powder, salt, black pepper, ½ cup of flour, milk, egg and 1/2tbsp of baking powder.
- Make Cut on chicken pieces and apply this mixture on chicken.
- Refrigerate it for 2 hours.
- For batter, mix 1 ½ cup of flour, 1tbsp of red chili powder, 1tbsp of baking powder and ½ tbsp of salt.
- Roll chicken pieces in the batter and fry it till golden.
