PESHAWAR: Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Pervez Khattak has assured provincial assembly that a judicial committee will be constituted to investigate the incident of Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan. 

Responding to a point of order of Parliamentary Leader of Awami National Party Sardar Hussain Babak, he said those responsible for the violence and killing a student will be brought to justice.

Pervez Khattak said no one would be allowed to take law in his hand.
