ISLAMABAD : Pakistani Taekwondo black belt Ahmad Amin Bodla broke the record for the most full contact punches in onehour holding one kg weight in each hand.

Talking to APP, Bodla said the target given to him by theGuinness World Records was 7000 punches. Surprisingly Bodla landed22,061 punches, getting more than three times the target.

He said the audience and officials attending the record eventwere amazed at the performance and praised Bodla's endurance level.

Bodla claimed he is now being considered one of the bestendurance athletes in the world. "I aim to set at least 20 morerecords this year," he said.-APP
