Police submits challan about Taimur murder case in court
ISLAMABAD: Islamabad police on Friday presented challan about murder of a man who was gunned down by a cop at police picket in sector I-10 on February 3, 2017.
In the challan submitted in the court of Judicial Magistrate Aamir Khalil, the police has termed the move of police personnel Sami as unintentional.
It has been said that the police constable Sami's firing was not intended to kill Temur. Policeman tried to stop a car at a checkpost and opened fire when the driver didn't follow him, stated the challan.
The co-accused Constable Tariq has been included in the list of main witnesses whereas the girl who was accompanying the victim has been named as witness on spot. -APP
