Petitions seeking disqualification of Imran Khan, Jahangir Tareen restored
ISLAMABAD: Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) on Monday restored the petitions seeking disqualification of Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf Chief (PTI) Chief Imran Khan and leader Jahangir Tareen, Aaj News reported.
ECP restored the petitions seeking disqualification of Imran Khan and Jahangir Tareen, which was declined in the last hearing.
According to the reports, Shah Nawaz Dhalo and Hashim Ali Bhatta have filed petition against PTI Chief while Khalil Ahmed and Bilal Mustafa seek to disqualify Jahangir Tareen.
In last hearing, the petitioners asked ECP to hear their pleas. ECP restored the petitions and adjourned the hearing for unidentified time period.
Meanwhile, the hearing against PTI's Aleem Khan adjourned till January 02.
