ISLAMABAD: Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan on Thursday rejected the Supreme Court's proposal to form commission to probe the infamous Panamagate scandal, Aaj News reported.

Speaking to media, Khan said he would only accept a commission on the condition that Nawaz Sharif must resign first as the prime minister of Pakistan. He urged an existing larger bench of the court to continue hearing the case.

On Wednesday, a five member larger bench of the Supreme Court headed by Chief Justice Anwar Zaheer Jamali had sought opinion from the parties over constitution of a commission for investigation into Panama Papers.
