ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif lauded meritorious services of Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee (CJCSC) General Rashid Mahmood in a farewell meeting on Wednesday, Aaj News reported. 

As reported, the top op officials of Pakistan Navy and Air Force had attended the meeting as well. Prime Minister appreciated the meritorious services rendered by the outgoing Chairman for Pakistan and armed forces.

The Prime Minister further said as Chairman of Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee, General Rashid Mahmood has a responsibility to enhance capabilities of Pakistan armed forces adding that General Rashid served the nation well and we are proud of him reportedly.
