Corruption case: arrest warrant issued for Sharjeel Memon
KARACHI: The Accountability court issued non bailable arrest warrants in corruption case for former Information Minister Sindh Sharjeel Memon along with three other suspects on Saturday, Aaj News reported.Â
According to the reports, in a session of accountability court, non bailable arrest warrants were issued for former Information Minister of Sindh Sharjeel Memon, Altaf Hussain, and Anita Balouch and orders were given to make their presence possible in court on 3rd December.
The suspects Yousuf Kaboro, Zulfiqar Shilwani, Inam Akber, and Sarim Latif along with 13 other officers of information department were present in the court reportedly.
It is pertinent to mention that the department is accused in corruption of more than 5bn.
