KARACHI: Former senator of Pakistan People's Party (PPP) arrested by law enforcement agency from his residence, Aaj News reported. 

As reported, Abidi was arrested from his residence Rizvia society and shifted to an undisclosed location.

Sources further revealed that Abidi is arrested to be investigated regarding current incidents of target killing and he is being investigated regarding high profile cases as well.

More suspects have also been arrested from Rizvia society and neighborhood by the law enforcement agency reportedly.

It is pertinent to mention that strict actions are being taken against those who are trying to create chaos in metropolis.
