Khattak pledges to lead rally towards capital
KP Chief Minister Pervez Khattak has said that he will lead a procession of millions of PTI workers from Swabi Interchange to Bani Gala and will remove all hurdles to reach to Imran Khan.Â
Addressing a public meeting at his native town, Manki Sharif, district Nowshera, he said that by cutting Khyber Pakhtunkhwa from other parts of the country has created constitutional and legal space for Imran to lockdown Islamabad.
Those present on the occasion were included provincial ministers, Mian Jamshiddin Kakakhel, Shah Farman, MNA Dr Imran Khattak, MPAs Idrees Khattak, Mian Khaliq-ur-Rehman, District Nazim, Liaquat Khattak, Ibrahim Khattak.
Criticising Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, the chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa that federal government had closed down the province to hide their own corruption and paralyse life activities by taking the whole Pakistan hostage. If these steps are constitutional and legal, then how the call of Imran Khan to lockdown Islamabad could be declared unconstitutional and illegal.
Pervez Kattak demanded of the judiciary for taking notice of the unconstitutional and illegal steps and fulfil legal requirements. He said that today judiciary is independent and powerful and they should use their powers and stop the corrupt monarch. He said that if they were not denied justice, then will be forced to think and speak in other way.
The chief minister said that protest is starting from November 2 and the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa will gather on Swabi Interchange at 10:00 A.M and then will depart for Islamabad.
He said that he himself will lead the procession and will remove containers from their path to reach straight to Bani Gala and will see that who dare to stop them from removing restrictions on the movement of their leader.
