Chief of Awami Muslim League and a member of national assembly Sheikh Rashid accused information minister Pervaiz Rashid of feeding the controversial news regarding the national security meeting to a English daily earlier this month.

Answering questions at Aaj News talk show Rubaroo on Saturday night, Sheikh Rashid held information minister responsible for the said news.

"Two bureaucrats are being been made a scapegoat in this case," he said adding that one of the two bureaucrats was willing to become an approver to unveil the truth.

On the other hand, spokesman for the Prime Minister Musadik Malik rejected the news as concocted, saying that some people wanted a confrontation between the state institutions.
