WEB DESK: Have you recently looked up for your favorite celebrity online? Is your favorite celebrity Justin Bieber or Amy Schumer? Well, if that is the case, you might want to hold that click on your laptop.

According to CBS News, Amy Schumer has been named the most dangerous celebrity online, and it is not just because of her out spoken personality.

Intel Security announced Wednesday that Schumer topped its 10th annual list of the most dangerous celebrities online.

A search for the “Trainwreck” and “Inside Amy Schumer” star carries over a 16 percent chance of connecting with a site that carries viruses or malware.

Following close behind, Justin Bieber was number two on the list, with a 15 percent chance of linking to malware.

“Consumers today remain fascinated with celebrity culture and go online to find the latest pop culture news,” Gary Davis, chief consumer security evangelist at Intel Security, said in a statement on the company’s website.

“With this craving for real-time information, many search and click without considering potential security risks. Cybercriminals know this and take advantage of this behavior by attempting to lead them to unsafe sites loaded with malware.”
