ISLAMABAD: Medical report of former President General (retd) Pervez Musharraf has been submitted in the court.

Pervez Musharraf was granted exemption for a day in Judges etention case heard by private court under terrorist act.

The case was heard by Judge Atteq-ur-Rehman. Witnesses in Musharraf's case Rashid and Mushtaq were also present in the court. Musharraf's lawyer Ilyas Siddiqui submitted the medical report of Musharraf and requested for an exemption in the court for a day, which was accepted by the court.

It is pertinent to know that Pervez Musharraf has been charged against treason trail case for imposing emergency rule on Nov 3, 2007.
