During today's proceedings, the court examined that if the interior secretary possess any authority to file a complaint without consulting the government.

Responding to the given statement, Akram Sheikh said that the government had established clear rules of business. Adding up details, he said that, any one involved in the case can be charged only after a proper deal of investigation.

According to Akram Sheikh, interior secretary wrote a letter to secretary law and secretary law enforced chief justice for the positioning of the Judges.
