KARACHI: Karachi East, West and South zone and CIA Police in their ongoing drive against criminals arrested 89 alleged criminals during last 24 hours.

According to an official statement issued here on Tuesday, police during 98 raids and 3 encounters arrested one murderer, 3 under Terrorism Act, 2 kidnappers, 29 absconders and proclaimed offenders and four robbers, 23 under Arms Act and 12 others for their alleged involvement in various crimes.

Police also recovered 29 pistols and drugs from the possession of arrested criminals.
