Nato supply: Pak-US dialogues on progressive path: FO

ISLAMABAD: Foreign Office spokesperson on Monday said dialogues between Pakistan and US continued on a progressive path but not reached any final decision yet.

Talking to Aaj news FO spokesperson Moazzam Khan said that progress has been made in the talks with the United Sates for normalization of relations. He stated that the US sides had held talks with Pakistani military and political leadership on various issues including NATO supplies and incident of Salala check post.

He hoped that both the sides would be able to resolve confronting issues to bring the relations normal.

The spokesman also said Pakistan has handed over a list of Indian prisoners in Pakistan to the Indian High Commission in Islamabad.

International Security Assistance Force Commander in Afghanistan General John Allen who arrived in Islamabad on Sunday evening held a meeting with Army Chief General Ashfaq Pervez Kiyani in Rawalpindi.

They also discussed issues of reopening of NATO supplies and border situation.
