PPP to behave 'ethically' during Punjab budget session: Riaz

ISLAMABAD: The behaviour of Pakistan People's Party during the ensuing Punjab budget session would be like a sober and democratic political party, leader of the opposition in Punjab Assembly Raja Riaz said Wednesday.

Talking to media persons outside Parliament House, he said Punjab finance minister Rana Asif is a Muslim and had managed to be elected on a seat reserved for Christian community.

Punjab Chief Minister Mian Shahbaz Sharif is running one man show in the province. He does not bother to consult even his cabinet while making important decisions.

The Punjab government has not given a single penny to the opposition during the entire fiscal year which is contrary to democratic traditions. APP
