GUJRANWALA: Two people were injured as a fire engulfed a plastic factory located in Ilyas Colony, Gujranwala on Thursday, Aaj news reported.

The walls of other five houses were also collapsed due to the intensity of fire.  Earlier, the rescue teams vacant the nearby areas to avoid any kind of damages.

On Wednesday night, the factory caught fire for some unknown reason with raw material of million of rupees, Rescue teams continue to work for the last six hours.

The two injured were identified as Adnan and Arsalan working for rescue 1122. The reason behind the fire is not yet known and rescue teams continue to take control on the fire.
