PPP is supporting a convict Prime Minister: Imran Khan

The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf Chariman, Imran Khan has said that his party will wait for Supreme Court's decision, regarding the appeal registered by PPP against the contempt of court verdict. Aaj News Reported.

He was speaking to the media while visiting the missing-persons camp in Islamabad earlier today.

He said that the country will witness its biggest tsunami march in history, if the appeal was rejected by the Supreme Court and if the Government did not abide by the court's decision.

Tehreek-e-Insaaf and the people of Pakistan will stand by the court's decision, he added.

Imran Khan said, that the Prime Minister should be prosecuted by the law, just like an ordinary citizen.

He also said that after the conviction of Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani, he is no longer the Prime Minister of Pakistan and that Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) is the only party that supports a convict Prime Minister.
