The famous Pakistani actress Madam  Shabnam visited Karachi on Tuesday.

Accompanied by her music director husband, Robin Ghosh she paid a visit to Governor Sindh, Ishrat ul Ebad Khan's residence.

Dr. Ishrat Ul Ibad welcomed film star Shabnam and her husband Robin Ghosh saying that the film stars and artists of the past are duly appreciated in Pakistan.

Shabnam praised the Sindh Governor for taking steps to establish the Legends Trust Fund for Pakistan's legends like Mehdi Hasan and actor Lehri.

She said that she recieved a warm welcome in Pakistan and it was good to come back and see the change in Karachi city.

She said that international media and news reports portray a different picture of the City of lights, where as the reality is completely different than what she had imagined.

Replying to a question she said that she is surprised at the advancement and new look of Karachi city.

She also paid a visit to the residence of her old acting colleague, Comedy legend Lehri.
