Pakistan to reconsider cricket relations with BCB

ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Cricket Board chairman, Zaka Ashraf says that future cricketing ties with Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) will be depending on whether it becomes the first test playing country to visit Pakistan since the deadly gunmen attacks in 2009.

Zaka Ashraf says “We will have to reconsider our cricket relations if they don’t come” to play either a Twenty20 match and two one-day internationals or three ODIs in early May.

He added that the Bangladesh Cricket Board is waiting to receive the clearance from its government for the security system in Pakistan.

Afghanistan was the first country to visit Pakistan and play three ODIs since terrorist attacked the Sri Lankan team in Lahore, 2009.
