The Supreme court Quetta branch registry adjourned the hearing of Seriab road missing persons till April 12 on Friday, AAj news reported.

Today four out of seven missing persons were presented in the court and CJP directed to produce the remaining three on next hearing.

While IG FC, Major General Ubaid ullah was also testified before the court.

The four retrieved persons were Malik Sher, Hazar Khan, Mazar Khan aged between 18-25 years were produced in the court as earlier ordered by the CJP.

The bench hearing this case was headed by the CJ Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry along with Justice Tariq Pervaiz and Justice Khilji Arif Hussain.

Earlier on Thursday, The Chief Justice of Pakistan has directed authorities to register FIRs against the three accused ministers in Balochistan missing persons case.

A written statement by the Provincial Interior Minister of Baluchistan Mir Zafarullah Zehri named three ministers, was presented in the court on Thursday.

The statement holds information about those three ministers being allegedly involved in kidnapping of people for ransom.

Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry ordered an FIR to be lodged against the accused minister’s and demanded police to collect evidence in that regard. ”Arrest all ministers involved in kidnapping for ransom by evening and everything will be fine” he added.

The Supreme Court has also directed Balochistan’s Chief Secretary Ahmed Buksh Lehri to contact the families of the victims and provide them with some kind of monetary compensation.

The Chief Justice expressed concern over the deteriorating law and order situation in the province and remarked that the concerned departments have failed to ensure security to the citizens.

He observed the performance of law enforcement agencies was poor as explosive laden vehicles entered the city without check.
Justice Tariq Pervez said that he had himself witnessed over 30 people possessing weapons in Quetta during his brief visit of the provincial capital while even the police officials in plain cloths could not hold the arm under the law.

On being informed by the Provincial Home Secretary about strength of provincial Police, Levies and Balochistan Constabulary departments, the Chief Justice called the number of law enforcement agencies officials sufficient to maintain law and order across the province.

The Chief Justice recommended for adopting modern security apparatus including CCTV camera to trace the culprits.

The Chief Justice remarked that 300-400 bodies had been recovered but a single case was not registered by the police department.
He inquired about the payment for compensation to the families of the deceased.

"No one is above the law and police department has got the right to inquire any one about the crime," the Chief Justice added.

The bench summoned the Inspector General Balochistan Frontier Corps for April 5.
