The National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) has announced an increase of 39% in electricity tariff.

The price increase of Three rupees and three paisa per unit was approved by NEPRA and will be deployed from the next billing process.

However, the increase will not affect the KESC tariff.
