Federal Minister for Interior, Rehman Malik on Saturday said that Ministry of Interior is responsible to provide security to Mansoor Ijaz and it will follow the directives of Attorney General for Pakistan as per recommendations of Judicial Commission and law of the land.

After reviewing progress of Public Corner being developed at F-9 Park, Malik said that he will follow the recommendations of the Parliamentary Committee, if it directs to put Mansoor Ijaz's name on Exit Control List (ECL) as it had happened in the past, "I cannot disobey directives of the committee.

He said fool proof security would be provided to Ijaz on his visit to Pakistan and he should not worry.
