The Governor Sindh, Dr. Ishratul Ebad Khan, on Monday night visited a local hospital and inquired about the health of renowned classical singer Mehdi Hassan.

He got update about the treatment of Mehdi Hassan.

Dr. Ishrat assured the family members of the ailing artist that the government would extend every possible assistance for his treatment.

He said that Mehdi Hassan is a famous singer who rendered immense service in the realms of fine arts.

On the occasion, Governor Sindh also prayed for his speedy recovery.
