Pakistan beat Sri Lanka in 1st ODI
Pakistan on Friday beat Sri Lanka in their 1st one day international (ODI) cricket match by 8 wickets. With this victory, Pakistan went 1-0 up in the five-match series.
Pakistan overhauled the victory target in 21.5 overs for the loss of two wickets after loosing the toss. In Pakistan’s reply, Younis Khan’s 56 runs innings was well supported by Imran Farhat (50).
Earlier Sri Lanka set Pakistan a target of 132 to clinch the 1st one-day international. LD Chandimal top-scored for Sri Lanka with 28 as the tourists made 131 after winning the toss. Shahid Khan Afridi with 3-27 was Pakistan's most impressive bowler.
