Inter-city transporters increase fares amid railway crisis
The inter-city transporters have increased the buses fares and earning handsomely before the arrival of Eid ul adha, Aaj news reported.
With three days left in Eidul Adha, everyone wants to meet their families and loved ones. Due to the railway crisis people across the country are forced to travel by buses but the transporters have mounted the fares up to thousands of rupees.
Talking to Aaj news at Karachi Taj complex, "commuters complained that railway crisis lead them to travel by local buses but The rates demanded by all the transporters are very high and unavailability of tickets and seats causing trouble so they can not meet their families on Eid ".
Meanwhile, The transporters said like previous years, the demand for transport is very high but people argue because of high fares.
Adding that government has increased the fuel prices eventually they increased the fares.
