A woman was hit and injured by a police van in the area of Gulshan e Iqbal, Karachi late Wednesday.

The protesters blocked the main road and halt the traffic for almost two hours.

According to the locals, the police van driver was drunk so he hit the woman while she was crossing the road.

Later, the Police and rangers were called to take control of the area. While three policemen were taken under custody due to investigation of the incident.
